Meetings:

When:Every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month at 6:30pm

Officers:

• Provide eyeglasses and hearing aids for the needy children and adults in our neighborhood
• Support State and International Sight and Hearing Foundation in their efforts to provide eyeglasses and hearing aids to the needy in other countries
• Participate in the ADOPT THE ROAD project to provide a cleaner and healthier community
• Provide scholarships for High School Graduate students from the Hillsboro High Schools: Hillhi, Glencoe and Century and soon to include Liberty High School
• ANNUAL WALK & RUN FOR SIGHT (Mid September) Support the Forest Grove Lions Club in their efforts to raise funds for Pacific University student scholarships and research
• Support local sight & hearing activities: Mobile Screening Unit, Hearing & Speech Institute
• DIABETES AWARENESS Support activities to help screen, care for and educate many people about signs, symptoms and complications related to diabetes
• Conduct several fund raisers such as: Entertainment Book sales, Candy sales, Dinners, Mother's Day hanging flower baskets, and public events
